    Haig Road New Launch, a new brand development in District 15, is on the market for collective sale at a guide price of $51 million to $52 million ($1,323 to $1,361 psf ppr). Marketing agent Century 21 says that each owner can expect to receive $2 million to $2.1 million.

    The development at 173-183 Haig Road has a land area of 27,389 sq ft and a four-storey residential block with 24 units, ranging from 1,189 to 1,259 sq ft. The site faces both Seraya Lane and Haig Road.

    The site is zoned for residential use under the 2014 Master Plan, with a plot ratio of 1.4 and a height limit of five storeys. It has an existing gross floor area of about 38,344 sq ft, which can be redeveloped into 35 units with an average size of about 1,076 sq ft, subject to a Pre-Application Feasibility Study. A development charge is applicable.

    The site is close to schools such as Tanjong Katong Primary School, Kong Hwa School, Haig Girls’ School and Canadian International School.
